ANAHEIM, CA (October 9, 2007) Bisco Industries, Master Distributor of Electronic Components and Fasteners announced the promotion of Donald S. Wagner to COO (Chief Operating Officer). Mr. Wagner is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and previously worked for Rockwell International. He joined Bisco thirteen years ago as a Purchasing Manager. After three years, he was promoted to Director of Purchasing.  He was later promoted to Vice President of Product Management and promoted again to Executive Vice President, which responsibilities included overseeing: Purchasing, Accounting, Warehousing, and Human Resources.

As Executive Vice President / COO, his responsibilities will be expanded to include Sales. He will be working very closely with Bisco’s three Regional Managers to continue with their aggressive expansion plans, which include opening seven more locations by April of 2009; bringing the total to forty two locations throughout North America.
