Tape is easily identified due to sharply printed legend on APWA color-coded background and meets OSHA regulation 1926.956(c)(1) covering location of underground utility lines. Manual or automatic installation is easy (4"-6" below the surface is recommended for maximum detectability). Foil is 5 mils and standard roll size is 2" W x 1,000 ft.
