The Series GFC Gas Mass Flow Controllers offer precise gas flow measurement and control, available in aluminum or 316 SS, with flow rates up to 1000 L/min. Gas mass flow controller, range 0-30 LPM. Specified flow range is for an equivalent flow of nitrogen at 70°F (21°C) @ 760 mm Hg, 1/4" compression fitting.
